The TCSD brochure describes the Community Center and grounds: This newly renovated buildling is located at 203 Marin Avenue in a pastoral setting adjacent to Tennessee Valley Road and close to hiking, bicycle and equestrian trails. The facility is near the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Miwok Stables, Tennessee Cove, and the Pacific Ocean.

It is ideal for neighborhood meetings, classes, theatrical productions, community group events, business meetings, music recitals, art shows, seminars, receptions, parties and other similar events.

The Community Center can accommodate 192 people in the auditorium. There is ample parking. The Center includes a kitchen, a stage, a hardwood floor, sound system, lighting and is wheelchair accessible.
